    I met with dr last month... Decided on sleeve. Now moving forward with pre-op dietician and mental health consults. Feeling a wave of emotions... Excited, scared, fearful,terrified, happy... You name it, I'm feeling it Ins only requiring letter of medical necessity. My BMI IS 50.5 ... Family history of diabetes, cancer, heart problems... So don't think that will be an issue.
