Help! Band TIGHT!
I thought I was at the perfect restriction and then I got a bad sinus infection and it has gotten so tight even Protein drinks are SLOW to go down! (only drinking fluids at this point...no food whatsoever!) Has anyone had this issue? Will it get better as the sinus infection clears up? Or should I go for an unfill? Thanks!!!!!!

"Slightly Enlarged Pouch"
To make an extremely long story story involving emergency appendectomy; virus complete with throwing up; peritonitis; acid reflux..... I was told I had a "slightly enlarged pouch"....which I'm pretty sure happened with my horrible virus I had. since it was only slightly enlarged they gave me the option of completely unfilling or just a slight unfill and go to liquids and a soft diet and come back in a month to monitor. My question is to anyone is....Have you had this "diagnosis" and did you have good luck getting the pouch back to "egg size"? thanks!

Newbie with a few ???'s
Bradley....if I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing.....protein first, veggies next.....I have no problem whatsoever staying full all day with only 3 meals and losing! The problem comes in if I drink caloric drinks; or if I get carbs and sweets or snack!

Is it possible to really vomit with the band?
I found out that answer the other night when I had the "virus" bug going around! I fought it all night....and I finally did throw up.....twice.....yuck horrible feeling but it wasn't prolonged and nothing seems to be harmed. I will keep the Phenergan that you rub into your wrist from here on out on hand. I had the suppositories....but with the problem on both ends that doesn't help!

Anyone want to join me in a get back into the swing of things support thread???

Regrets
I also worried before having it done....then I saw I poll where it asked "would you do it again"....something like 92% said yes....that was enough for me! Just do the research and make sure this is the right thing for you! No one but you knows that! Also.....you've probably heard it over and over but this is not the cure-all.....just an awesome tool that you can work with if you know its just a tool! Good luck!

Need a scale...any recommendations?
I like my Weight Watcher's scale from Wal-Mart.....records in tenths of a lb and easy to read.

Does anybody eat Buffet style anymore?
I will occasionally do it but only occasionally because it seems like such an extravagance to eat so little and pay so much!
