  1. Thank you, I felt alot better once I sat down and drank some water next time I will eat a little more before zumba .
  2. I just finished doing 1hour of zumba felt dizzy as I walked in my house dehydration maybe? By the way I am 9 weeks out

  4. When were you all able to eat salad? I'm 7 weeks out and ready to eat salad!
  5. I am sure you will feel differently in about a month, I totally felt the same way after surgery .I went so far as to tell the surgeon that whatever he did to me I wanted him to fix it and give me my stomach back!
  6. I am 5 weeks out I was wondering when can I eat nuts again?
