  1. With caffeine being a diuretic, I can only assume it would help with weight loss. (which is good for me) So, if it wont slow your weight loss, or cause adverse effects to the stomach, can't you consume caffeine? I know they say not to because of the dehydration, but it is still questionable to me
  2. I feel for you! I have surgery April 1st. I start my full liquid diet tomorrow and hope I make it to surgery date!

  4. I have my surgery scheduled for April 1st!!! It is starting to feel real, probably for the first time!! I cannnnnot wait!! But at the same time feel so scared. I feel like I did when I was 2 weeks prior to labor...the anxiety! Congrats to you!
