  1. I'm pretty sure that is for people who already have anxiety issues.
  2. Thanks. I'm meeting with the nutritionist next week.
  3. It went really good. The staff was so helpful. I had to take my kids with me (2 and 1 year old) and the staff was so nice about it! It was great because usually doctors have an attitude about it. I had my psych eval today and she is sending the report on tuesday. She said I'm okay for surgery which is great. Now I have to meet with the nutritionist to start working on my 3 month required diet. I am so ready to lose this weight.
  4. I'm from Texas and almost 23. I had my first appointment today. Can't wait to get surgery.
  5. Hello, I'm Colby. I'm in nursing school and I've just started to insurance process.
  6. I literally just started the process. I went to a seminar like two weeks ago. I have an appointment next week. I have to have 3 months supervised nutrition.
  7. I meant a new Texan and living here. Lol
  8. This is my secondary insurance. Primary is UHC but they don't cover it because of my husbands company. Whatever Anyways, anyone have experience? How did approval go? Thanks!
  9. I'm Colby and I've been lurking for a while so I decided I should go ahead and introduce myself. I've just started the process. I went to a seminar a few weeks ago. Found out that my secondary insurance covers the surgery (thank you mama!) and decided on the sleeve. I'm 22 (23 in may), married to a wonderful and supportive man, brandon and we have two beautiful daughters. Amira will be 3 in June and Isla is our leap day baby. She just turned one. We live in Lubbock, Texas. I've been overweight since I was about 13 but now it is out of control. I'm 5'6 and weigh almost 300 pounds. It really makes me sick. Everyday is a struggle for me. I don't know how I'm living like this. I just buried my uncle who practically raised me. He was almost 500 pounds and died heart failure and a stroke. He had two twin boys who recently tried to join him if you know what I mean... I just can't be unhealthy and put my family through that. It's not fair to anyone. My aunt also is in heart failure but she is starting the process to get the sleeve. Not very many people in my life support me. My husband does of course. I hope that I can find support here. Sorry if I was rambling, I'm so tired lol
  10. You are looking great. I'm sorry if people judge you for being in a new relationship but only you and your baby matter. be happy!
