  2. Good luck. My surgery was last Wednesday. You will do great. And don't worry my docs at Yale said there is no need for a liquid diet 2 weeks before. Losing any weight is always helpful because it makes the liver smaller. Less complications. You will do great. Use the pain meds if needed. And walk when u can
  3. Phew. I am looking forward to eggs. Hoping a fried one will go down

  6. My phase 2 will include the same things. I was sleeved on 27th. And can't start phase 2 until 12th. I am having dreams of eggs:). Does it matter how u cook it?

  8. I can't get a lot down either. Feel soooo full. But my dr told me 2 oz of protein shake 3 x a day would help with energy. I have 5 kids and definitely need energy. The youngest is 20 months. It takes me 40 minutes to get down 2 oz. but very worth it
  9. My dr didnt give me a goal amount for fluids. How many ounces are you trying to take in each day?

  24. Good luck! Take each thing as it comes. I keep telling myself there is no point worrying about things that can't be controlled. In the end it will all be worth it. To be able to look in a mirror when trying on clothes . To be able to not wear a sweater to avoid rolls over pants:). To be able to feel healthy and energetic:). Ahhhhhb
