  1. Hi netwat, my problem is also not being able to jungle water down. I love water. I guess we will need to adapt. I decided to mix my own shake. Tasted much better than anything ready. Congrats and good luck.
  2. It has being hard. I am glad there is no looking back. There were adhesions between my spleen stomach and diaphragm that the surgeon had to work through. Bleeding and 3 nights at the hospital. I am far from my fluid goal and cannot imagine the protein. I know I will make but... Trying warm compresses on my back to see if anything helps with the upper gas and tightness. Any hp?
