  2. Hello I'm doing great down 142 pounds from 3 weeks before my surgery. Just had my appointment and my nutrition is awesome. Just heard back from my nutritionist today. I'm still eating 4 oz. staying away from water while eating has been difficult but I seem to have it almost down lol. I'm staying very active right now knees are sore but will be changing my workouts soon. I feel great overall!!

  14. The nutritional info is on the website click nutritional facts!!!
  15. The nutrishops will allow to taste them all!! But take milk I don't drink mine with water I hate it
  16. I take Protein 7 that's exclusive to nutrishop. Look up nutrishop in your area. The flavors are great. 34 grams of protein in each drink fat burner and Aminos for muscle repair. With milk your protein will go up. High Vitamins... It's great look it up. It's 65 bucks but its a 5 pound powder last me two months.. http://vitasport.net/vitasport/products/protein/pro7ein-synthesis My vitamins I found through my mother which was very surprising my doctors didn't even know about it's called fusion Bariatric vitamins they are also great flavors and chewable. 20 bucks has all the vitamins you will need. Look it up they are great depending on the surgery the bottle will tell you what to take as quantity I take 3 a day... http://bariatricfusion.com/ I also use glucosamine pills for my Joints..
