  1. Yes and I love how much smaller they make me look! I personally love wearing colombian girdles I feel they last longer and are very adjustable as you lose weight.. I get mine from pfcolombianjeans.com a little bit pricey but worth the money you are definitely paying for quality I have bought 3 different styles so far, I wear them to work out, to go out and sometimes to sleep... they really do shape your body!!!! I would recommend compression garments 100%!
  2. Yeah its bad all I want to do is sleep.. I hear my heart racing from time to time.. I just want this phase to be over soon.. thank you so much for sharing...
  3. Day 2 post-op and im feeling horrible... I feel like im going through drug withdrawal I can hardly keep my eyes open and have really bad shivers.. anybody else had felt the same? I tried walking, stretching drinking water.. I just feel so weak..
  4. Well I did it! Post-Op recovery now... its been about 20 hours since I got out of surgery.... the incision pain is minimal to none, what hurts is the gas!!!! Lots of walking, hubby was also patting my back earlier and it seemed to move the gas up... anyone else going through it soon? Or has done it recently, how are you feeling?
  5. Hello everyone! First time ever on a forum! :-)... My surgery is TOMORROW and the nerves have just started! More or so scared of how I will feel after the surgery.... good luck to anyone that's going under this month! Stay positive! -B
