    Walk it off. If you have to take a walk in the morning and in the evening. This solved the problem for me and after two days of the problem, it went away. Aurora

    I go to Dr. Richard A. Benavides at 7920 Beltline Road Suite 310 Dallas, Tx., 972-331-8100. He is just above Richardson. He put my lapband in and I go to an Aftercare Center in Richardson which he uses. I've had no problems and many come from out of state to see him when they have problems. Aurora
