  2. Call your doctor, only reason I say this is because I also felt this way 2 weeks after surgery and he checked my lipase and amalase levels and sure enough I had pancreatitis caused by surgery. I spent 3 days I hospital came home 2 weeks later same feeling this time worse constantly dry heaving. Went back levels elevated spent 2 weeks in the hospital. During this entire time I was extremely week, when I walked m legs shaked. Hopefully yours is just side effect of surgery but better safe than sorry. Good Luck

  5. I felt this way 3 days after surgery, I called my doctor bc I couldn't get anything down. He sent me to er, where they did a leak test, ultrasound, cat scan, MRI and blood work. Results: I had pancreatitis. Was admitted back into the hospital and finally came home yesterday. Treatment: 2 1/2 days of 1 liter of iv fluid per hour and npo. I had the runs so bad which didn't make sense bc I didn't hardly drink. I was so sick that in 2 days post op I had about 6oz of fluid and like 10 bowel movements. Feeling a little better now. Hope you get to feeling better.

  15. March 5th is just a day away. Super excited, My surgery is scheduled for 6:30am in Decatur with Dr. Scott Stowers. I made it thru a week of liquids and today has been great, I have had mixed berry clear Gatorade, water and 12oz of sweet tea. Surgeon said if blood sugar dropped today that it was okay to drink sweet tea ????I weighed in during pre-op and I've lost 19.4 pounds in 1 week on the liquids awesome. Is like to drop the last .6 by tomorrow morning reaching my goal of 20 pounds preop. Prayers for everyone getting sleeved and the beginning of a wonderful journey.
