Anyone in Oregon ?
First night was really rough, but after that getting out of bed was easier and easier... I have a lot of built up gas.... (TMI). It's the gas they use during the sleeve procedure and natural one. I actually had surgery on the Monday the 13th. Trying to get as much liquid and protein down now!

African American Sleevers
Hello Everyone.! I am new to this site and I am set to be sleeved 01/13/2014. I am nervous but excited for what my future holds. I pray for no complications and a smooth transition. I am also having my gallbladder removed due to complications I have been having for the past year with it. I will continue to look at this site for guidance and to hear others and there stories.

African American Sleevers
Hello All, Super excited that I found this group... I am 25 years old and have been considering weightless surgery for years. I started in Feb 2013 on my journey and there have been so many bumps in the road. Currently I am on a quest to lose 30 pounds before my surgery will give me a set date for my sleeve....I am currently doing 5 protein shakes and 1 healthy choice meal for dinner.... I have an amazing husband who has been completing this diet with me but I am scared that I won't be able to follow it for 6 weeks let alone lose the 30 pounds I need to. Just really looking for advice and support!!!!
