  2. Gallbladder attacks was the worst pain I personally have experienced. I'm so glad I had mine out years before I had the sleeve surgery this year .. I was back on a stricken diet back then hence why I got gallstones from losing weight too fast.. I had an attack caused by milk in a coffee. Was horrible could get comfy and throwing up soooo much. Only had two attacks before they booked me in to have surgery. Recovery was quick and easy though

  5. There is deff a difference. Picks sometimes are the only way to notice a difference good job
  6. Thanks I suggest taking picks along the way I thought if not had much of a change till today when I looked at both picks .
  7. I'm only just getting back to exercising now. My job is quite busy on my feet so that's helped I think. Iv been a yo yo with my weight since i was 11 and have even gotten down to 54kgs ( when i was 26) before but then I go up the scale to 107kg so I'm hoping finally I can have some control on my life. I must say only now am I getting energy to actually be able to do stuff without being super tiered after

  12. Well I'm going into week 5 and I'm 100g away from 10kgs gone since surgery. Happy for it to be gone and preying I will loose more before the end of November (as I'm getting married)
  13. I've been in a stall for three weeks and before hand alcohol made me drop weight. It's weird how different the body takes it. I will wait the two months my dr says
  14. Alcohol . I get confused cause my dr said 2 months but most threads on here say three months and wondering if anyone did sooner. I'm not to fussed about not drinking

  23. I'm in the three week stall. I've tried eating more protein and exercise but no change. Now a little gain I'm thinking my lady friend might have something to do will the little gane?? I know everyone's different just worried as I thought I would lose more that 7kg I know that a lose is good no matter what number but I'm Worried As its going up now
