I am usually a weigh myself aholic but after being stuck at 395 for 6 days then losing 2 then being stuck there for 2 days I decided to have my wife hide the scale and only let me use it on Wednesdays. So now all I think about is that number and I have a body bugg on my arm to measure my calories, activity, and steps so I have been a machine lately jogging and walking up and down my street twice a day and going to the gym. I'm looking forward to Wednesday! Bring it on!!!!!
Hey just curious if anyone has ever used a bodybugg or if you are using one now. I had one 2 years ago and it was an awesome tool! I just found it in a drawer and renewed my subscription. I'm curious to see how the numbers shake out after the VSG!
I too am about 4 weeks post op. I don't care for crystal light but I like Mio. you can add as much or as little flavor as you want. I fill up a glass (about 20 oz) and sit it with me to sip. When it's empty I refill it. Hope this helps!
Nice to meet you all. Thank you for your support I am on my way to the hospital for a catscan because I did something really stupid at the gym and have been in pain ever since. Wish me luck!
Hello everyone my name is Steve and I was sleeved on January 14th. I started the process in September weighing in at a phenomenal 449 pounds and the morning of surgery I weighed 420 pounds. I am almost 4 weeks post op and weigh 393 as of this morning. I have always been overweight for as far back as I can remember. My beautiful wife is also overweight, but pregnant and due in May. After the baby she plans on having the surgery as well. Just wanted to give a small introduction to you guys. I'll be around.
