I am happy to say that I am able to wear heels again. I have lost 100 lbs since I started my journey. I was only able to wear flats before losing the weight. -
Finally able to log on to this website. Don't know if I am going to like this. Anyway, down 2 lbs this week.

I had surgery on 6/15. I can only eat about 2 oz. chicken and a couple of bites of veggie. It takes about 30 - 45 min to eat a container of greek yogurt. When I get really close to full, I hiccup - loudly. -
