    I am six weeks out and hungry! My doctor said that the fullness you felt the first 2 weeks after surgery is from swelling. When the swelling goes down, the opening is the size of a dime until you get an adjustment. He calls those first 2 weeks the "Honeymoon period. My first adjustment is this afternoon.
