Hi , I went in on Friday at 830 am , was sleeved at 1030am on Friday ...was in the hospital for 2 nights I am 3 days out...no major pain just a lil sore but nothing big I will be going back to work this Thursday to a desk job of course. Just need to find my energy, but other than that its all good with no regrets.

Hi I was just sleeved by Dr Alvarez on Friday the 15th...he is an excellent doctor and he has an amazing staff I went into surgery around 1030 am and it took on 45 minutes I woke up with no pain at all and was walking immediately. I was discharged this morning staying in eagle pass for the night and will be driving to San Antonio in the morning to fly back into houston tomorrow around 1240pm I have no pain and I not hungry just don't have too much energy since I have not ate anything solid for a while. I am on my 7 day clear liquid diet just drank/ate a bowl of the unjury chicken broth and it tasted solo good I feel much better now that I ate that
  4. Hi I also had my surgery yesterday around 10 am , i woke with no pain at all and also asking if it had been done . The surgery itself was about 45minutes that's what my hubby said This morning I am up and walking still no pain I am eating ice chips and no hunger pains at all I am still here in Piedras Negras with my awesome doctor , Dr.G. Alvarez and his amazing helpful staff.

  9. That's the thing , I don't control it. I drink lots of water and scared that after I have my surgery I won't be able to and end dehydrated
  10. Hi, I have diabetes insipidus and getting sleeved on 2/15/13....wanted to know if anyone else has the same thing as me and was sleeved.
