New Whey Liquid Protein shots. 3.8 oz, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 42 grams of protein. Never had an issue getting all my protein in thanks to these. Not the best tasting thing, but it only takes 3 gulps. I can't focus on how things taste, that's how I got to be 350 lbs.

I was sleeved on the 7th. One week of full clears and started full liquids today for the next 2 weeks. Not looking forward to these next 2 weeks, but whatcha gonna do...

Surgeon responded, said this pain is normal and will gradually disappear over the next couple weeks. Whew!

Ok, thanks for sharing. Pain is gone now and I've had a sf Popsicle with no problems. I still emailed my surgeon though.

Sleeved on the 7th, I feel amazing except that today I tried 1 tbs of fat free cottage cheese and about an hour later I got piercing pain underneath my drain site in waves for about 20 minutes. Down 20 lbs.

Thanks guys, I emailed my surgeon. The pain is right below the drain site. No nausea or fever. Besides that I feel great. Tons of energy.

I had 1 tbs of puréed cottage cheese and one hour after eating I have several small, piercing waves of pain where my stomach is. Anyone else? Any advice? Thanks in advance! <3

I was sleeved on the 7th and yes, the first 24 hours sucked so much. I had so much pain and nausea. Its all gone now. No pain, nothing. I am not tired at all. I have more energy than I have had in a long time. I wish I could go back to work already! Those Pizza Hut slider commercials though are a form of torture. I can not tell if I am actually hungry or not. Its weird....anyone else?

Got to Mi Doctor an hour or so ago. They did my EKG and took blood. Willie was an awesome driver and gave us a mini tour. Daniel (coordinator) came by and even went and got my friend some tacos. Ive also been told I am first up tomorrow. Yikes!!

Thats what I said today!! The bank is about a mile from where Tiger Woods, J. Timberlake and others live. So, the "Tj is so dangerous" doesnt work on me anymore!! Lol. I fly out in the AM. Victor from MBC called me to confirm everything. **** just got real for me.

So, after day one of clear liquids and a 9 hour shift, I stopped by the bank and the guy in front of me in line robbed the place. I was the only other customer there and he yelled and pointed his "weapon" (hand in pocket holding gun or faking a gun) at me. Which lead to me being locked in the building almost 3 hours getting questioned by local forensics to the FBI. Aw, what a day 1. I cant wait to leave for TJ Wednesdsy.

Hi all! Im March 7, MiDoctor Hospital with Cabrera/Valenzuela. (I cant spell.) I am coming from Orlando. I started the pre-op diet Sunday and im down 10 lbs. Ive found the best way to beat the hunger is stay incredibly busy. Im a nurse, so luckily im busy all day. I get in about 5 miles a day of walking at work, then I go to Universal Studios when I get off and thats another 4 miles of walking. Im doing pretty good beating the hunger. I thought I would be alot more miserable.

Im starting to gwt nervous, but I thinj iys cause of the pre-op diet mostly!

I am bringing my BFF with me and will habe to pay to expedite both of our passports.... $600. Im seriously considering the ID/birth certificate route...UGH WHAT TO DO?!

I'm getting sleeved with Dr Cabrea March 7th. Any advice? Did you like them?

I booked with Delta and bought 2 seats for me and 1 for my friend in Economy Plus. I could barely fit in seats 5 years ago when I was a good 70 lbs lighter. Oh well, at least this will be the last time!

I'll be there to March 7. I'm coming from FL too!
