  1. Hi, I, myself got really Organised, and went to buy some of the Plastic cups containers. Like the Take out have, but smaller. I think to fill like 3-5 oz. cup with lid. Then I went to butcher, made a 3-4 kg Beef roast. Nice & tender with grave, carrots, Garlic, onion, little herbs etc. Simmered on top of Stove. Cool down, cut it up & purred the whole thing. Filled it up, in to freezer. Once your out of the Hospital, I don't think you feel like shopping around & cook etc. I had a real good , relaxing 2 week stay at Home. De-frost my Protein loaded mini meals. Tasted solo good. I know what was in it, tasted very good, filling and all. So, if you like you can something like that do is well. Prepare yourself. It keeps for weeks/mth in freezer anyway. Ok, good uck and let me know how you did it. Later Franky
  2. Hi Timo, wow, now you probably out of the Hospital..? Right. I will get a better internet hook up, in about 7-10 days. Can Skype then, if you like. How are you feeling now... hang in there,it gets better. We can talk on phone , or meet up anywhere in the City or eastern Sub, if you like. OK, let me know, B-Franky
