  1. If you have any sort on demand type thing on your tv they have alot of exercise videos available. I know Verizon fios, and direct tv both have it
  2. If you have your period going into surgery do you have to tell them? Or just put a tampon in and you're good to go?
  3. The self tanners that come with a glove or applicator type mitt you put on your hand I think are best because without them your palms will get orange and it's a dead giveaway you fake tan lol
  4. Wait they remove the staples later on down the road? I thought they just stayed in you forever, because the stomach heals around them?
  5. My pre op appointment is February 4th and my surgery date is February 21st. I was told I'd start the pre-op diet they give me after my appointment on the 4th (:
