  1. I have way too many pictures that are my worst lol but this is one of them
  2. Really?! I think it taste like candy lol I definitely think it taste a million times better than other liquid medicines I've had
  3. If you aren't supposed to be taking pills either crush a Tylenol or get the children's liquid Tylenol and double the dose. If you can take a pill regular Tylenol should work!
  4. This was definitely one of my biggest worries and still is, I just was sleeved a week or so ago but because I've been so worried about it I've looked up and researched ALOT of people who are done with their weight loss and showed their lose skin. From the tons of pictures and videos I've seen age is a BIG factor as well as how low your body fat is once you get to goal. The lower the body fat percentage, the lose skin on the stomach just seemed wrinkly and it seemed to not be apparent on the arms of legs very much. But higher body fat percentage is when you notice the 'apron' effect some people get when they lose weight. So working out will help tons! I hope that made sense lol
  5. lol you don't look old at all!
  6. I think she meant 500 less than what you eat to maintain
  7. I'm supposed to go back to school on Monday, which will be 11 days post op for me. I'm there from 7:30-2 but I'll mainly be sitting so I'm hoping I'll be okay. Has anyone else gone back to school or a desk type job that soon? Also, I'm still on full liquids, and I'm worried just liquids won't provide me with enough calories or energy to get through the day. Anyone else on full liquids when they returned to work?
  8. I started at 306 wearing 24/26 jeans and 2xl tops usually, I'm 5'3. I'm currently 289, 1 week post op.
  9. I second both of these! I have them both in my freezer right now along with the tortilla crusted tilapia OP mentioned
  10. I know I saw a link posted for the proper form on running but I can't find it again, anyone have it?
  11. I have the isopure unflavored one, you can't taste it but don't microwave food that already has the protein powder in it lol
  12. I wonder how bad the dissolving one tastes haha I'll ask my doctor about the coated one, it'll be nice to have one that doesn't make me feel gross when I take it for a change
  13. I have migraines as well and on my discharge paper my doctor gave me he listed the medicine I take as okay to use. I use sumatriptan though, not sure if that would make a difference.
  14. He told me after that I had a very small liver, I do know that the smaller it is the easier the surgery is because they won't have to lift it to perform the surgery.
  15. My doctor didn't put me on one at all either, I was only told not to eat after 7 or drink after midnight the day before. But I started to try and eat better the week before on my own, I didn't do a liquid diet but I had a Protein drink for Breakfast and a protein based lunch&dinner.
  16. My surgeon told me after he removed 75% but so far I've been losing really well so I'm not sure that'll cause me to lose much slower than someone who had 85% of theirs removed.
  17. I was told to keep my carbs under half of what my protein goal is. So if my protein goal is 70-90 then my carb goal would be 35-45
  18. Congrats on being on the losers bench now I'm only a few days ahead of you but it definitely does get way better every day, hope you have a speedy recovery!
