  1. Has anyone been on biologic medications before surgery? I'm currently taking Rituxian every 6 months, it seems to be wearing off after about 4 but that's another matter. I'm scheduled for my first visit with the weight loss doc on the 16th of Feb. I'm so ready to begin my journey.

  3. One slightly elevated test and one joint isn't too much to worry about. If your still concerned and having an issue I would asked to be retested. I have been diagnosed with RA for about 4 years now. I'm still in the early stages of getting a sleeve. I have an appointment to see the surgeon the 15th of next month. I feel like I have done enough research, I'm comfortable with the decision and would gladly have it done as soon as possible.
