  1. I would say 3 weeks out...85% chance you won't be up for it. You won't have the energy with what you'll be able to eat at that point. You will only be able to walk at most 30 minutes a day...
  2. Are some by accident. Is this bad?
  3. I ate a peice of chicken with sesame seeds on it not thinking that it might not be OK for me to eat seeds at this point. Is it unsafe???!!!!
  4. Vickie- I'm over a month out and reading your post made me laugh because I remember that same feeling like it was yesterday....yearning for refried beans or a creamy soup lol!!!! This too shall pass and before u know it you will be back to normal foods. Don't worry it will all be worth it!!!! All the best to you!
  5. I am 3 weeks out and totally congested. Any nasal spray or cold remedies anyone can suggest? I can't even sleep through the night! I asked my doc what I should take - she told me Children's Benadryl but its not working. I'm exhausted and can't breath. Im real close to just shooting some Afrin up my nose which I known is frowned upon in general.....Help!!!!
  6. Are there any Connecticut sleevers out there?
  7. * I have lost 10 pounds since having the surgery
  8. I have maintained the same weight for the last 2 weeks. I am 3 weeks post op. I am so frustrated. How can I start to lose weight again?!?!
  9. I was doing my daily vigorous walk on the treadmill and all of a sudden I started to feel this shooting pain by my belly button. I don't have a fever, I'm not feeling nauseous ( ate dinner fine) but this pain is not going away. Could I have pulled something? Ripped something? I'm freaking out a bit cause this pain is internal on the left side of my belly button and I have no clue what it could be. I am 3 weeks post op. Help!
  10. Tell me about it! I was sleeved 1/28. I've lost 31 pounds since the day i started my pre op diet. This past week and a half I haven't lost a pound! Def. frustrating. But I've been told it is normal and that our bodies are adjusting to the large amount of weight we have already lost in a short period of time. My question is, when will this first stall end?!?
  11. Great, thanks for the advice all!
