I'm two months and a couple of days out. I have been at a stall for at least two weeks. My nutritionist says that I don't intake enough calories, but I feel that I'm eating too much at times. What do I do??- African American Sleevers

My pre op diet consisted of 2 protein shakes a day and soup of anykind. Could have lowfat jello, yogurt, pudding in between meals. Water, crystal light etc- 14 Months Post Op with Pics. 215 Pounds lost. Life's Good

Hi Everybody, I love this forum! I was sleeved on 11/19. I'm loving my sleeve. I'm 33lbs down since surgery date. Good luck to all the future sleevers!!!!!- headaches..
Yes! Tylenol over aleve. Try to drink your liquids. Dehydration is not good- A question of image for the post ops
Does anyone know of what to do to make sure you won't have a lot of skin once you start losing the weight? I see some people who has had the surgery and look great! And I've seen some people who's thighs hang to their calfs.- Newbie YAY! / Drain removal
