    Hiya oohh I remember that feeling post op I was the same vomiting black stuff and bile not good but it's 3 months tomorrow and I feel great I've lost 61 pounds. Keep up the good work

    Hiya I didn't rush into it I think I started about 7 wks post op my taste buds have changed and I can't eat salads like I use to soup is my best friend haha

    On Wednesday I will 3 months post sleeve gasterectomy I've lost 28 kgs i couldn't of done it without the sleeve so proud of myself
