  1. I am so sorry to hear that, I had to walk a lot to start to feel better, but they need to get your pain under control first.
  2. I took measurements on my upper arms, chest, upper waist, true waist, hips, butt, thighs and calfs. I have it overall, but primarily in my lower region. I do feel pretty good and my energy level stays up if I exercise.
  3. Wish you all luck, I'm 8 weeks out. It has been a challenge, but well worth it.
  4. I am on under 10 carbs a day and have been in ketosis and burning stored fat. In 3 weeks I lost 20 inches.
  5. I actually drink slim mate tea, it helps me relax and helps me use the restroom. I sweeten it with mio
  6. I am 8 weeks out and down 42 pounds since surgery.
  7. Lost several pounds this week.... Only eating protein shot, shrimp, eggs, lunch meat and lettuce and cucumber. Boring but working... 550 cal, 95 protein, 8 carbs.
  8. Got a couple more pounds off this week just eating shrimp, protein shot and lunchmeat it seems be working got me out of my stall. Currently at 550 cal, 95 protein, 10 carb. Have a great weekend!
  9. Wow how much have you lost, you look amazing! What goals has your doctor given you.
  10. I was scolded by my doctor for not losing enough, so I am restricting carbs to under 20 per day. Protein 90-100 and fat under 20. My scale has been moving again, which is good. My doctor told me to lose 28 pounds in 30 days to get back on track. I have resorted to eating eggs, lunch meat shrimp and lettuce and cucumber. I will add a protein shot in for a boost of 42g and will add jerky from time to time. It is quite boring, but I still want to reach my goal of 135-140 pounds and my doc says if I don't lose 60 pounds in 90 days I might be lucky if I get to 170. So I look for the bright future of being healthy and have set some fun goals. When I lose 50 I will walk across the Golden Gate Bridge in sf and when I lose 100 I will chase my 13 year old across it.
  11. I have lost 19.5 inches since 1/30/13, and was pretty happy about that, but now I'm just stressed and frustrated. :-(
  12. Just visited the doctor at 8 weeks.... Have not lost as much as he wanted and got scolded. I have been eating what I should be so in talking with him, we determined that I need to change protein shakes and cut calories to 500 a day from 6-800. I have to lose 28 pounds in 30 days, not sure how I will do it, but will try my hardest. I'm going to change from total lean shakes gnc to isopure. I will get 6 less carbs, 15 more grams of protein and 10 less calories, plus 6 more ounces of liquid. Wish me luck!
  13. You can message me on my fitness pal and I can tell you what my nutritionist tells me my I'd is rsmont77
  14. I drink total lean shakes from gnc they are 14 oz, 170 cal, 6 g carb, 25 g protein
  15. Great job everyone, inches and pounds
  16. [quote name="Heather86 )]So' date=' I finally hit Onederland this past week and now weigh 195. Highest weight was this past summer at 277. Surgery date (12/10/12) was 235. Down 40 pounds since surgery and 82 total lost. I no longer have any hunger feelings at all, it's so weird to have to remind myself to eat. I'm having a hard time getting over 400 calories lately. Working on that and getting my liquids in has been where I'm focusing.[/quote'] Congratulations on ONEderland! Can't wait to be there soon.
  17. Found some good supplements! Gnc has calcium chews, b12 chews and omega chews that taste amazing! The be12 and omega taste like starburst. So when I have a sweet craving I take a supplement and I feel satisfied :-)
  18. Major accomplishment today, I measure every 2 weeks, and weigh weekly. My scale has not moved much, but I have lost 17.75 inches in 15 days! This means my body is burning stored fat and I am getting more muscle mass :-). Someone encouraged me to measure because I has been in a stall, I really appreciate that person. Cheers to a happy Saturday, about to get on the treadmill to keep burning.
  19. Woo hoo, congratulations on an amazing job!
  20. What great success stories! I love to focus on the positive, because it is soooo easy to get negative when we are in a stall. I like to remind myself that it took me years to gain the weight and a 40 pound loss in 6 weeks is an amazing accomplishment!
  21. Lets have a positive thought day today! List the positive things that have happened since your surgery! For me, my knees don't hurt much, neither do my feet, I have a desire to exercise, lost quite a bit of weight and down 3 pant sizes. I know we get frustrated with the stalls, when we get stressed our bodies tend to hold weight, find a way to destress. I sip on tea and exercise to help Cheers!
