    You're only human, after all! If you didn't eat the entire cake, I'd call that a victory! Congratulations on finishing your classes! We just have to find different ways to reward ourselves. I'm just starting the 12 week pre-surgery wt loss program that my insurance requires. I'm really struggling with the "go ahead and eat it now cuz you won't be able to for much longer" syndrome. Good luck to you and don't beat yourself up!!
