A week post op can I ride my bike ? Sent from my iPhone using VSTI have hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis and hypothyroidism so I'm on lots of meds the Vitamins are the least of my problem. Sent from my iPhone using VSTI feel like all I do is take pills,Vitamins, Calcium I have to stagger them all day I'm breaking them in half instead of crushing because it tastes gross ! Hopefully when I lose weight I can come off some of them.
