Hi...Ll Gemini it has been tough just adjusting and learning your new stomach. There are good days and bad days...sometimes I can eat a little bit over 3 oz and there are days that I can't get even one oz of food in my stomach. So it's been a battle trying to adjust my meals in order not to over eat and get sick. There are days that I just kind of eat to survive..
Thanks for your reply

I guess this Journey has been very tough and these past five months have been very hard to adjust to. On a good note I have lost 65 pounds but I feel like my weight loss has come to a stand still. I wish that i would lose weight a little faster..I know I should be happy of all the weight I have lost it's just that I haven't lost but one pound in one month Feeling sad....
Thanks for listening
wow...you look great...I am in a size 10 but sometimes I can wear an 8. I used to be in a size18 and probably should have put on a size 22. I am Five months out and have lost 63 lbs..I just feel like my weight loss is slowing down and sometimes I don't lose for like two or three weeks I get discouraged thank you for bringing me up!
I was sleeved Dec. 16th and I am down 16 lbs since surgery. It has been hard dealing with the "head hunger" but I have been hanging in there. Making time to walk...I have no pain...just the occasional stretch of one of the cuts that seems to be bugging me. No pain meds...still wondering if I made the right choice? I am confident I did!
