  2. Hey. I had my surgery on the 21st as well. I'm doing well. I am trying to get as much liquid in as possible. Today I drank about 3/4 of a protein shake and water. I am struggling with head hunger but I just say I cant have food and push the thoughts aside. It is definitely difficult though. Im in almost no pain and my bandages on my incisions are starting to fall off and I am shocked how tiny they are but they look good. Hope everything is looking up for you all as well.

  5. I'm currently reading a book called "Fat Chances" by Erin Shaw. She got the bypass not the sleeve but she tells her story of her life and what lead up to her getting weight loss surgery and how her life has changed afterward. It is a great book. You will laugh, cry, and be able to relate to her life's challenges as a result of being overweight. Highly recommended!!!
