  1. I had my sleeve 2/19/13 and have kaiser. Other than 20 dollar copays for the office visits, I have paid nothing!
  2. I have also fallen victim to the dreaded stall! Mine has lasted for two weeks. Was getting really down until I tried on some of my clothes....4 bags went to Goodwill!!! As frustrating as it is, I know that all I can do is keep following the postop eating guidelines, exercise, and the weight will come off. Since starting the Bariatric program, I am down 50 lbs and around 20 since my surgery on 2/19. Never in all my life have I been this successful at losing wt.
  3. I'm a stomach sleeper too...it was about a week and a half before I could lay partially on my stomach. I think once my drain comes out (Wednesday!), I will be back on my stomach fully! Good luck!
  4. I was sleeved on 2/19, came home on 2/21. I was shocked to find that I had gained about 10 lbs when I got home! I figure it was all the IV fluids I had received in the hospital, plus my stomach was pretty swollen. Hang in there cause now, on 2/28, I am down 12 lbs from that point! Good luck!
  5. My date is 2/19. I go on clear liquids all day tomorrow. So far, I am not nervous at all, just so ready to have the sleeve and start this new chapter in my life!
  6. My surgery is Tuesday 2/19. I am having it done at Parma hospital. I cannot believe it is almost here!
  7. Euclid here! Finished preop requirements and am waiting for appointment with the surgeon. Now I have to keep my weight off before the surgery - not easy with the holidays!
