  1. Good Morning, I was wondering if anyone has ever done P90X post op. I am three weeks post op and would like to start working out. Atleast, my arms as I am already starting to get sagging skin . I really am excited to start working out becuase I feel thats a part of my new life. I feel that the longer I prolong it, my surgery wont work. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks !
  2. Thanks y'all I was sleeved 17th of Dec. My husband left the 21st, I've been on Zoloft and it worked up until my surgery. I am with you on feeling angry. That's how I feel. I will contact my psych Monday.
  3. Ever since my surgery and my husband deploying I have not wanted to do anything. I just want to sleep all day. I don't even want to talk to my husband, I am so annoyed and angry that I feel like he left me at such a critical point in my life. I currently take Zoloft and feel that it is not doing anything for me. I don't even feel like showering, eating nothing. I take care of my kids and once they go to bed I am off to bed too. I've never in my life felt so horrible I feel that I am just ready to explode any minute and start crying. Even though my husband is deployed I am very angry at the point that we are always arguing and that he's always working. I am sorry this is such a angry post I just need some advice. Have any of you all felt this before?

  15. I haven't even weighed myself. I don't want to until my doctors appointment. Thank you all for your kind words. This gives me more of a reassurance that I've done something wonderful for my health.
  16. Thank you. I really didn't take any offense from it. I have been working with my therapist. Before surgery I was never like that. I guess since I've had the surgery I feel that people will look at me differently. I just can't wait to start working out.
  17. Hi Y'all, I was sleeved on 12/17 literally 3days before my husband was deployed. We have three children and I have been left to fend for myself. Everyone tells me I am loosing weight, but to be honest with y'all I am deadly mortified that I don't. You see my weight issues have been there my entires life. My grandmother put me on a diet when I was 4 yrs old and since then it's been a downward spiral. My husband has been very supportive (as much as he can). Everyday I wake up stressing that I am not loosing weight. I find myself staring at myself in the mirror looking at my body trying to see one bit of change. I finally saw that many of you share openly and decided to participate in conversation instead of just sitting back. I look forward to hearing from y'all.
