Well i had the same thing too I was drinking Water with a teaspoon and waited till it hot my stomach, then again another spoon and it was fine Don't b scared it will over soon I feel u

What i did is having a chewing gum sugar free for few mins then spit it out It helped alot with the dry mouth and weird taste and weird layer inside ur mouth The tooth paste didn't help I took it from day 2 after surgery I did fine I am 6 weeks out now Good luck and hope i helped

One day pre op clear fluids By midnight no food Surgery was done on 9 dec Doing fine

Chewing gum After the surgery ur mouth will taste weird and brushing the teeth wont help

I have the exact same pain I am 4 weeks post op

I still don't know what kind of food is giving me this reaction I have no issues with lactose, so far so good And the nausea was gone the moment i left the hospital

After I am done with my meal my face, neck, shoulders and chest start itching me and red spots would appear. I tried to monitor what kind of food is giving me this allergic reaction but I failed to point it. I never had any kind of allergy neither from food nor medicines throughout my life. I would like to hear an advice or a similar story or maybe an opinion on what to be done.

After 2 weeks for me too Swallowing calcium (biggest tablet lool), Nexium, multivitamin and B12 I have to take them once a day So i take 1 pill at the time after 30 or 45 mins from my meal I try to place them at the end of my tongue vertically, it made it easy for me to swallow Don't worry u will do a great job Just listen to ur body I had my surgery on 9 dec 2012 So far so good Thanks God

Thank u all for sharing My doc said that i am moving alot and gave me an antibiotic ointment and asked me to rest completely for at least 5 days

Loool U r not the only one My mum made a lovely home pizza and took a full bite chewed chewed chewed and then spit it out loool I do that with foods that i can't or don't want to risk swallowing it I had my sleeves on 9th dec so i am amost 2 weeks out

Nop the doc hasn't give me anything but the vitamins after discharge from hospital

Hi everyone I was sleeves on the 9th dec 2012 and till date my largest incision didn't heal I was wondering how long did it take for you to heal? I would highly appreciate your replies

Guys i need ur help Iam living in kuwait and i tried few Proteins but they taste awful How r coping with ur Protein intake Any suggestions?
