  1. Do u have any problems with the excess skin ? You look good !
  2. Nothing really helps !! I was in your same shoes .. It hurts! Try a heating pad. Have u had a BM ? U might want to try :/ good luck !!! I had to get up and walk every 30 min. That was the only thing that really helped.
  3. I find that when I'm in a stall I up my calories and trick my metabolism ... Works for me . Change things up a bit . Good luck

  7. Depending on the type of job . Office jobs usually 1 week. Physical and lifting jobs 6 weeks . I was up and walking 45 minutes after surgery. U have to actually . It helps a lot.
  8. Starting Bmi was 34 . Sleeved jan 5th. I'm 5'3 starting weight 201. Now I am 157 and feel great ! No more sleep apnea ))
  9. Yaaay summer is coming and can wear shorts that don't ride up the front !! Lmao I hated that !
  10. I know pretty much what I was in for getting the surgery , but sometimes I get really frustrated because it feels like I'm starving then I can only eat a bite !!!! Very frustrating when I really want to eat a good meal It took me all day making !!!!!! And it's really good!!!!!!! Sorry needed to vent!
  11. It's weird with my sleeve it seemed like I could eat more when I first had the surgery . I'm almost 4 months out and can barely eat a couple bites of something and extremely full!
  12. Been drinking coffee since 1 week out ! I'm 3 months out and still need my coffee !!!!!!
  13. I've. Been smoking 2 weeks out . I am now over 3 months out. I'm still alive lol
  14. Just curious for the Sleevers that have been sleeved 9 months or more. Has anyone fell off the wagon and gained back a significant amount of weight ?? Or some of there old weight back ? And is your restriction still good as far as how much you can eat?
