I don't have any shoulder pain, and walk all day long, idkn I can pass any gas for the last few days. Could be from the protein?

Any of you have constipation problem? or feel bloated?

It took me some time to decide which Dr. to go with, i liked both of them Dr Alvarez and Dr Aceves they were at the top off my list. It was very hard to make the decision.
