    Hi, I was sleeved Dec 6th have lost 60 lbs so far feel great. The liquid faze was definitely the hardest part I found but hang in there it gets better everyday. Also sunkist Protein drinks are great and they taste pretty good 40 protein in a little tube. Also if your having issues with itching near stitches gold bond anti itch creme is very good. I also bought myself a fit bit 1 pedometer it tracks everything from food/liquids,weight and steps you take. We be great to meet up with all the sleever's in the traingle. Keep us posted on your progress

    I had the same thing when I had my surgery. I used gold bond anti itch creme was a god send worked great.

    Sleeptime tea worked good for me I had a lot of trouble sleeping and it helped alot.
