  1. I currently have the strawberry. I've never been much of a sweet person, and I find the strawberry way too sweet for my taste. I'll be going back to chocolate, I'm a bit afraid to try vanilla
  2. It's strange, for me it can happen even after one bite. I think I'm gonna go back to basics and start with liquids again
  3. I'm not sure if they would require you to wear your machine. I was sleeved at Kaiser and told the nurses who tried to put my mask on that I would rather not and they were fine. Perhaps pack your cpap just in case. You can carry it in a separate bag and it doesn't count towards carry ons because its a medical device I believe.
  4. I agree and that's also what I was getting at.
  5. Do you truly need the money for bills? Are you super behind?
  6. Do you have a cpap machine? How bad is your apnea?
  7. Wow, for someone who keeps labeling me the fighter, you sure know how to fan a fire that is already dead. But I'm over it and am here for the OP. Tra-la-la-la-la
  8. They didnt even mention the heparin to me until I was 30 mins before surgery. Guess each hospital has their own form of clot care
  9. Body fortress is my favorite! I haven't tried chocolate peanut butter so I will be stopping at Walmart to pick some up
  10. I waited 6, almost 7 months. Got set back when I was told that I have sleep apnea. Had to use my cpap for 2 months before being scheduled. You'll get there soon! Stay positive!
  11. I can't really tell as I'm on my phone but I don't think the incisions look right? Or am I wrong?
  12. I was thinking the same thing, it's impossible/unlikely. Something is wrong in all of this.
  13. Mine was a bit funky at first but went back to normal after 2 cycles
  14. I'm pm-ing OP. so you're correct. Just had to lighten things up though, got a little too tense
  15. You do realize you can also stop at any given time.
  16. She actually didn't. If I counted correctly, you posted 6 times about who her surgeon was before she answered.
  17. I'm going to "bash" you because you repeatedly asked only that. Did you ever consider that per privacy laws she didn't want to state it? I think the name of the surgical group was enough to satisfy anyone who was looking to avoid a certain doctor or group.
  18. I wasn't cleared for veggies until week 6-8 according to my NUTs plans. Veggies can wait, focus on proteins first
  19. The only posts you've posted here is to ask what doctor and then that you hope they are real. You haven't actively contributed anything conductive to this conversation. I just don't see why you would try to bring someone down when she already feels like crap.
  20. Wow, I really can't believe that the only reason you posted on this thread is to try to prove to all that she was lying?
  21. I was there too. Post op is pretty f-ing amazing. I have a ball looking through my clothes because everything fits. I'm waiting to invest in a new wardrobe, it's pointless when you're still losing. I bought a pair of black pants for my company part January 8. Today they are too big. How far along in the process are you?
