  1. I did exactly the same thing! It's almost like you want to eat all you can before the big day. I would just suggest you try to back away from foods high in sugars now because once I had the surgery, I still craved those foods (not that your hungry). It's just a harder habit to break if you don't wing yourself off now. Good Luck to you and Congratulations on your date to a life changing experience!

    You must remember your hormones are all out of whack and the emotions could be coming from that. Hopefully the change in location will help you with the emotional eating. Good Luck to you....YOU CAN DO IT!
  3. Miss Michi~ After reading all the comments, I can use your advice on the protein powder and just split it into 2 separate drinks. Thanks for the tip of making the drink. I have been trying to create a tasty drink but I never thought about the greek yogurt!
