I think I'm over thinking this but while drinking water I had a burp come up and hurt and was a lot! I won't open my stomach staples will I?

Honestly the gas is the worst but they got mds for that and I was walking first night! Walking helps gas bubbles ! Defiantly glad its over!!! If you have a partner with you have them eat stuff they love but what you hate. Makes it easier for you to stay on track
