  1. I think you have to go to the 'Ignore User' thread to make sure of that Ms.AntiBand.
  2. Not a lot to be learned in this thread, except that there are butterflies and rainbows in America.
  3. You are amazing! I know I have done well but people like you make me feel like a failure! Congratulations!!!
  4. Good luck for tomorrow!
  5. Your doctor would not have many colleagues who agree with him. The health risks from smoking have been scientifically proven and having watched my children's father die from lung cancer ( he smoked a packet a day) I can tell you it's not a nice way to die. So far I haven't seen anyone die from drinking too many lattes.
  6. I don't understand why some think this is "the easy way". Jenny Craig is easy! Weight Watchers is easy! Having most of your stomach removed is not easy. It is an absolute last resort to be healthy and live a long life. And 7 months out I regularly get the slimes after just one mouthful and diarrhea probably 2 - 3 times a week. I have painful reflux and dizziness from low blood pressure. I like the way I look now and the compliments I get. I love the clothes and shoes I can wear and the fact that I can play on a playground with my grandchildren. I actually can slide down a slide without my arse getting stuck. I can easily do up my seatbelt on an airplane and don't have to suffer the stares of others when I eat out. I have re-introduced myself to my toes and my sex life has improved dramatically. But easy it is not. My body is now something I have to plan for and manage. But I am planning and managing........just. Easy? NO NO NO!
  7. Israeli Army Diet, 2 days apples, 2 days cheese, 2 days chicken, 2 days salad.
  8. The sense of fullness after surgery is totally different to pre-surgery and even now at 7 months out I have trouble judging. Eat as per your surgeons and dietitians recommendations. If you eat too much you will know!
  9. Welcome Dave and good luck with your weight loss journey. You will get a lot of information on this site.
  10. Yes, she needs to double her weight. She is about 1.3 kg and needs to be 2.5. But she also has to be sucking and feeding well. So should be ready to come home by her due date, July, 10.
  11. She is perfect, just like any baby but a miniature baby.
  12. Thanks so much Kelli. Here's a pic of my daughter and Ruby.
  13. You look great Dean, but you need a tighter chesty bond so we can see the pecs and 6 pack.
  14. Whew, thanks Janice, I guess my panties are safe then.
