Yes unjury is good but could be costly bc the shake container is not big - but overall pretty good and there is a really good tasting one from vitamin shoppe I will get the name of it and post "anabolic muscle"

I'm doing it too nov 2012 removed and feb 2013 getting sleeved and thrilled - all I have to say it happens keep ur head up and go forward

My surgery is February 4,2013 and I'm so excited - I know it's going to be a long haul but I'm so ready
