  1. I am 3 weeks post op, I have not lost anything in 9 days. It psychologically does something to us especially since calorie intake is so slow. A friend said our bodies are still in shock. I did weigh this am and was finally down a pound. Hope the stall is over. So for me it lasted about 9 days. It's totally a bummer but it is totally normal.
  2. My doctor told me if I vomit, come in right away. Of course in not 2 years out. Do you have a rapid heart beat or fever? That's another sign something is going on.
  3. Pure protein shake that is already made in a can at trader joes. Has 35 grams of protein. Mixed a tiny but of banana in it, it's good. I like the chocolate. I like the already made shakes because you don't have to whip a bunch of air I to it mixing it.
