Yes I find this strange my doctor said I had to do a pre op of optifast but I didnt lose a lot of weight And he said domt worry about a fatty liver I can still do it

No I only have three shakes a day of optifast and some fruit and lots of salad vege here's an idea get your shakes and blend it all up in ice it's so good and makes it more interesting good luck to u
