I am officially an April sleever! I will get my date tomorrow, but they said first week of April. I wound up calling insurance and went through Cigna's automated service and then called Dr. office and told THEM I was approved! It was only 8 days, so I have NO room to complain. I'm so excited but scared to death now!!!!!

I hope so much that I quit snoring! My husband won't sleep in the same bed with me anymore because I snore like a freight train. ::praying to the insurance Gods::....

I SHOULD have an April surgery date...everything went to insurance and the office told me they usually hear something within 2 weeks. My Dr. told me to plan on April. I am ready NOW!!!

My coordinator emailed me Monday and said all my stuff was submitted. She said normally 2 wks but not usually that long and she'll check progress in a few days. They are a wonderful office to work with!

My husband obviously knows, and a few very select co-workers. As far as most people know, I'm going out for hernia surgery, which is partially true. I'm having a hernia fixed at the same time. My body, my weight and my eating habits are mine and mine alone. I don't need commentary at lunchtime and I don't want to be the defendant in the court of public opinion. I don't care what my co-worker who has had the sleeve is eating. I'm tired of hearing about what she eats and her workouts because it is ALL she talks about now. I won't subject my co-workers to that coming out of my mouth. So, yes I choose to stay on the down-low for now. I know that it will come out eventually.

I have my last visit with my surgeon today and then it's in the hands of the insurance gods. Fingers crossed for next 2 weeks!

I just want to get to the end of the month for my last pre-op appt so they can submit to my insurance!!

They had a wedding all planned out, but Izzy and Alex got married in their places since Izzy had cancer and planned the whole thing anyway

Yoplait's yogurt is not Greek yogurt. If you read the ingredients, they add corn starch and other ingredients to thicken it. Real Greek yogurt has most of the whey drained out-- thats what make it thick. Check your labels when you shop. Greek yogurt should pretty much just read milk and live and active yogurt cultures. Of course fruit too if it's added. I make yogurt at home. It's super easy and then I know what's in it!!!

I have one more month before my stuff is submitted, so I'm looking at prob another 2 1/2 months before I actually HAVE surgery. Meh.....

Ker-bear you look so good and there is not a person at work who doesn't see it!! And hmm... I've noticed that SOME of our co-workers ran out of bad things to say about it. You should be proud of yourself and what you've accomplished. I can't wait to have mine done!!

I liked the musical episode, but my fave is when a Meredith drowned and was in an afterlife limbo hanging out with the bomb tech and Denny. Her mother finally told her that she was anything but ordinary. That was a great scene

I make my own homemade Greek yogurt. It's easy. Then I put some fruit in a food chopper, add some liquid Splenda and mix it in to my nice thick yogurt. Yummy!!

Shonda Rhimes had always said she has no plans to bring Izzy back. But didn't Izzy and Alex have embryos frozen before she started cancer treatment? Hmmm... plot idea!

Avery is totally hot but I'd take Alex!
