  1. You go to add friends, click on email and it will give you the option to either request by email or username. Good luck!
  2. they are not good at all and it is mostly collegen and is not beneficial as a protein supplement, they might state 42 grams of protein but it is not If you look at the ingredients you will see that they are made primarily from collagen protein. Not only is this a significantly inferior form of protein to begin with (compared to whey or whey isolate), but -- more importantly -- they do not have the necessary amino acids to enable your body to absorb even the crappy protein that they do have very little protein and a lot of collagen. With that said I used them for the first 2 weeks and then stopped. Collagen protein does not benefit sleeve patients. We need whey protein.
  3. I had my 2 week check up today. I told them about that pain on the right side. Just like you said, they said it it were the stomach was removed and the pain is from the healing process. They prescribed be lidocaine patches for it and said the pain should go away for good it two days.
  4. I used neosporin hydrocortisone anti itch cream. It is for eczema and it worked great on my incisions. They were red, itchy and a little scabby until I used it.
  5. April 11th. I can't wait!
  6. That's exciting! Good luck!
  7. I am from the Syracuse area. I am in the beginning phase. I have seen Dr. McDonald and Maria at community hospital. All these appointments and working full time is tough. I have finally made an appointment for the psychology evaluation. I have the nutrition class on Wednesday and then it should just be the surgeon from there. I attended a support group meeting in North Syracuse and I really liked it. Does anyone else go to the support meetings?
