  1. I hope your headache goes away soon! You are doing so well! And yep it's for a very good reason
  2. Lol, way to snag a man... Call him gay!
  3. I'm so glad I'm not single..... Ok my dare is for you two to start PMing each other and form a new friendship.
  4. Lol avid top model watcher here too! And when taking a pic?? It's about taking ten and picking the best one It's hard to believe a man would dump a woman over scars.. But I guess there are people out there like that (men and woman). But if someone were to do that? They are not worth your love and devotion anyway!
  5. Oh and your stomach! I see no scars!! Lucky mine are dark and raised really bad! You are going to rock a bikini girl!!!
  6. Cathy, My well wishes to your husband, hope he's doing better. I have nothing to add to the coconut oil besides the fact I see it marketed everywhere now? So good for you? Or new fad?? Ok fast today and I can use it! I had a bit if depression this weekend, funny how that and carbs go hand in hand... Happy day to the 5:2 girls today We can use it!
  7. I have to agree with this.. Oh but they only have 60 calories They are tasty like a slim Jim meat sticks and are good for bariatric patients
  8. Looking good Lisa! Come on people! there has to be more vets with "big pants" show us what you got!!!

Well part of being a girl is my ability to change my mind a million times! I cancelled. Her comments stayed with me longer than I would of liked. That combined with issues between our children are not what I need to deal with right now. Thanks for letting me use you guys as a sounding board
  10. Feed you got your kayak then?? Have fun! I really want to own my own kayak some day
  11. Wanted to check in and say I'm still among the living. I did 10 miles today on the bike (indoor) Total 23 miles Georgia, I'm sorry that you are hurting take care. Everyone else great job
  12. Food "addition" I like that.. yes I guess on a bad day I add more and more food.. I guess we all have different reasons for having this surgery. I cannot tell what a persons motivation is when they post in distress sometimes.. I guess I'm not clever enough? By the way you are my role model too...
  13. A little early for the combative stage (that usually hits 4 weeks post op) This surgery is not a cure.. (Duh) In fact it can be a major head game sometimes. As for bad choices? I guess you can call us all idiots because that's what got us here.. I cannot wax poetic like you, so I won't try. But falling off of the wagon eating a carb laden food is the beginning of the end for some.. It's really hard to know by just reading a post and forming an opinion about it. Power. I felt I had none when it came to food. I am not an idiot, but no matter what the diet or the therapy my food consumption was beyond my control most days. Control, I have a shaky grasp on it now.. My hands are tired and weak at the moment.. One taste, one bite.....taste, comfort, relaxing, friend. The hole is there, it is waiting to be filled. I am ( inset months) I am not cured the draw is strong. I'm happy for those of you that have it all figured out though...
  14. Very inspirational! Look at you! You are the picture of health and success, thank you for sharing your story

  18. Good job girlie!! You look so pretty in your after. Oh I like the pics with you wearing the shirts! Man I was just going to say I wish I had one of me wearing the big pants back in the day, but honestly I'm glad I don't... If someone had actually managed to get a picture of that? I might not be living and breathing today (neither would they) Honestly the way I ran from pictures! Ok waddled. And threatened! It was self preservation, if I saw me in print I would be thrown into a bigger depression than I already was on a daily basis So many family memories on film and I'm missing.
