  3. I read a book about a year before surgery called "An anatomy of a food addiction" and decided to cut out all sugars real and fake. The hardest part was diet coke. But I felt so good afterwards! Even lost a bit of weight. Well fast forward to this surgery and now my life seems to be full of fake sugars again.. I, at some point down the line will think about cutting them out again totally.

  17. They are made out of wheat and brown rice They come in a variety pack (6 different packs) When you order from amazon they have blueberry, onion, cheddar cheese etc.. They are light and mild of flavor. I like the crunch because I don't really eat bread or crackers so these are good with my hummus, tuna, Peanut Butter, and I've even put a turkey burger on one.

  23. I know at 2 girls here that had surgery the same month as me that have not dropped the weight both have tried and we've shared ideas together. They were/are very committed. One went to have the bypass done and the other one just posted last night and is still trying. It does happen at no fault of the patient but it is rare. I would still recommend this procedure over any others.
