  1. Im on my third week post op and the way I have been coping is weird...I used to hate cooking but now I cook everyday and feed all of my family and friends. If I can't eat it this helps. I like making it, being around it, and having others enjoy it.
  2. I'm 3 weeks out any advice on what I can eat for tomorrow I have not tried any thanksgiving food besides mashed potatoes
  3. Is chewing food then spitting it out ok, is it bad for you, or just a bad habit?
  4. I'm two weeks post op and I don't want to eat my 5 meals of 2 tablespoons of sugar free pudding , low fat yogurt, mashed potatoes etc. I get my protein mixed with my water and I'm drinking enough I jus don't like eating. Any advice
  5. My surgery is Monday and I'm sooo nervous!
