  1. I am going back Tuesday. Was challenging and made me sweat, which surprised me. But it relaxed me too which was wonderful. Definitely adding this tool to my arsenal. Blessings ~ Melody (BlessedFun2)
  2. I thought it was hokey too. But it has gotten me through the last five years with a ton less meds. It really works for me. I looked for a health center. It has a chiropractor, massage therapist and Accupuncture in the same practice. I have a female acupuncturist not that it matters but who happens to be white. I love her. Can't say enough good things. Best of luck! Blessings ~ Melody (BlessedFun2)
  3. I am a lover of Accupuncture for pain control. It has made such a difference in my life. It was my go to before the surgery to help me with the auto-immune conditions. I have not needed it since surgery so I am Blessed! But if I need it that will be where I am headed before the serious meds. Hope it helps! Blessings ~ Melody (BlessedFun2)
  4. The vitamins will help! Blessings! Blessings ~ Melody (BlessedFun2)
