I LOVE to hear all of these! And to all pre sleevers--- scale victories are great but in my opinion the non scale ones are even better!! I hope this helps just one person to be more motivated and brighten there spirits if they are down!

It is definitely in my top ten milestones! I've been wearing big 'ol lane Bryant bras for almost my whole life! And the bra is worth the money!!!

Me too!! When I went in and got measured I felt like a queen!!! It was so unreal

1. To say that I hit onderland this week! 2. That my hubby can wrap his arms around me and actually overlap his hands! 3. That for the first time in my adult life I could walk into Victoria secret and buy a bra!!! ( it's awesome btw!) 4. I can cross my legs while sitting like a lady. 5. I can actually wrap the towel around me when I get out of the shower lol There are sooo many more but I thought this would be an amazing thread for the pre sleevers to read to help motivate them!! Help me out and add some more:)

I also had to do opti fast for 4 weeks and cried a out it at least twice a week! I feel your pain and I've been there. I can't really tell you it got easier for me but more like a routine and I just delt with it. It will fly by and in 2 months you will have forgotten about it . Good luck

Not constantly but ya know when you just wanna take a big gulp of a drink? Well it hurts if if I do it now. I was a BIG diet dr pepper drinker( like 6 cans a day) before surgery and now I have completely cut that out.
